Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full papers that include title, abstract, introduction, tables, figures and references. It is unnecessary to submit an abstract in advance. Please submit your papers in English.
Each paper should be no less than 4 pages. One regular registration can cover a paper of 6 pages, and additional pages will be charged. Please format your paper well according to the conference template below before submission.

Papers submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished work, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Any act of plagiarism is unacceptable, academic misconduct will not be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following sanctions will be taken:

NO. But please make sure that your submissions are distinct and sufficiently substantial.
We recommend the authors to write within 6 pages with reference; however, we still accept paper longer than 6 pages. It charges extra fee.
The papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus, CPCI (Web of Science) and other databases for indexing.
After the conference, all papers accepted by CONF-CDS will be submitted to the publisher for review and publication, and then submitted to indexing services for review and index. The proceedings will be published within 180 days. The specific index time depends on the efficiency of the indexing service review process. The EI Compendex indexing process usually takes less than 12 months after publication.
